Security Officer - Licensed Patrol Post

Location: New York

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and building activity, verify credentials as required, and direct guests and deliveries according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with scene control, and/or coordinating with property staff and first responders as needed.;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate key information during post handoffs, and support investigations by preserving observations and available video and/or access control details per site policy.
