Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.;
Monitor access points and common areas, observe visitor and employee activity, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support from onsite personnel and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner and communicate updates during shift turnovers.
