Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time Flex (up to 40 hours per week)

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and adaptable Residential Healthcare Security Officer to support a healthcare-focused residential environment in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time flex position

• Pay: $19.00/hour

• Status: Full-Time Flex (up to 40 hours weekly)

• Location: Brooklyn, NY

• Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

• Must be available to work two (2) of the following three shifts :

• Morning

• Evening

• Overnight

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment in a residential healthcare setting

• Conduct routine patrols and security checks

• Monitor access points and respond to incidents or emergencies as needed

• Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures professionally and respectfully

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors

• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation

• Professional, reliable, and punctual demeanor is required

• Ability to remain calm and composed in a healthcare/residential environment

• Reliable transportation is required

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
