Concierge Security Officer – Garda World Security Services
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide high‑level customer service and security in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments.

- Manage access control
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- NYS security license
- Driver’s license
