You will manage lobby activity, support high‑profile guests, and ensure a secure, seamless experience for everyone entering the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lobby representative for employees, executives, and high‑profile clients

• Deliver top‑tier customer service with a polished, professional demeanor

• Monitor lobby access, verify credentials, and manage visitor check‑in

• Maintain constant situational awareness and respond appropriately to unusual activity

• Assist guests with directions, information, and support while upholding corporate standards

• Communicate clearly with building management, security leadership, and internal departments

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation

• Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and corporate etiquette at all times

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience in a corporate, hospitality, or high‑profile environment

• Strong background in security or front‑of‑house operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and executive‑level presence

• Ability to remain calm, composed, and attentive in a busy lobby setting

• Strong judgment, reliability, and situational awareness

• Valid security license (if required by state regulations)

  Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
