Monday – Friday, 6AM – 2PM
• Full Time

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to shift staff within an approved empowerment range.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and develop their technical and professional skills.
• Address employee grievances with support of HR, district, or regional resources.
• Administer Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety programs, outlining site‑specific hazards to officers, including vehicle and driving safety per corporate procedures.
• Assist Account or Operations Manager in managing uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles at the account; maintain inventories and maintenance checklists.
• Perform duties in various environmental conditions (cold weather, rain/snow, heat, etc.) and may require occasional lifting up to 40pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps or ladders occasionally during shift; stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.

• At least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client‑specific sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat; occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds; climb stairs, ramps or ladders; stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.
