Asset Protection Market Manager

Summary

The Asset Protection Market Manager is responsible for executing and supporting asset protection, safety, and risk mitigation across the New York market, primarily based at the 5th Avenue flagship and covering multiple NYC and Long Island locations. This role leads investigations, implements loss prevention strategies, partners with store leadership and law enforcement, and ensures consistent physical security and safety practices across the market.

• Execute asset protection strategies and audits across market locations to reduce shrink and strengthen compliance.
• Lead investigations into internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations, maintaining accurate documentation and case management.
• Support safety and physical security programs, investigate incidents, and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver training and coaching to store teams on loss prevention and safety protocols and support onboarding of new hires.
• Manage vendor relationships for security services, oversee purchase orders, and support budget and invoice tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; LPC, LPQ, CFI, or WZ certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of asset protection experience, preferably in luxury or high-volume retail, with investigation experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience and strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to maintain frequent on-site presence across multiple store locations, work weekends, and support peak retail periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
