Our company is in NYC, and we are looking for unarmed security guards with an FDNY Fire Guard (F01) license.
Salary is $16.70 per hour and may include union benefits.
Areas of opportunity:
Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan.
Duties include:
- Enforcing all client rules, regulations, and policies.
- Protect people and property, deter unauthorized and anti-social behavior with a high degree of visibility.
- Observe and report all matters relating to the protection of the site, residents, visitors, and employees for enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Provide deterrence of vandalism within fenced-in areas.
- Patrol all public spaces including all hallways and stairwells.
- Observe sights, sounds, or odor of fire and immediately investigate the source or area of origin.
Must have an FDNY Fire Guard license F01 certification.

Required Certifications
- F01 Fire Guard License
- Active Security Guard License
Required Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write in English
