Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures for access control, visitor processing, and residential community entry activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, maintain required logs, and communicate with residents or property representatives regarding access requests;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, common areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention;
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, provide clear directions during routine and unusual situations, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations accurately
