Director of Loss Prevention

Grow with us at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where safety and service are our core values. We seek a Director of Loss Prevention to protect guests, associates, and assets by anticipating risks, managing incidents, and enforcing security policies.

• Maintain safety and security of all hotel operations, including 24‑hour coverage.
• Identify potential threats, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventative measures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, coordinating with staff and external agencies as needed.
• Develop and deliver security training for hotel personnel.
• Review and update security protocols in line with company policies.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety and security operations.
• Post‑secondary diploma, degree, or related certifications a plus.
• Team player, detail oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation.

Salary Range: $135,000 to $145,000
