Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with campus contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned locations, verify access permissions when required, and assist with directing visitors in accordance with site expectations;
Support a professional environment by observing and reporting security-related concerns, providing assistance during events and/or high-traffic periods, and following post orders for the location
