Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, boarding areas, waiting areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for suspicious behavior, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Support orderly operations by documenting daily activities, completing incident reports, and providing clear directions and assistance to the public as needed.
