Safety & Security Advisor – join the team at Glenmont Job Corps! We seek a professional, dependable, and proactive Safety & Security Advisor to help maintain a safe and supportive campus community.

• Monitor and maintain safety and security for campus, students, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience.

• Alert, dependable, and professional.
• Calm and confident in high-pressure situations.
• Skilled in communication and conflict resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Preferred Job Corps or related program experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and meet company insurability requirements.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, climb, walk, lift, pull/push, carry, reach, stoop, and crouch. Capable of lifting 40 pounds or assessing the lift load to request assistance.
