The organization is seeking a Platform Engineer to join a high-performance environment characterized by talent density and rapid execution. This role is critical in ensuring the security, scalability, and integrity of a platform attracting significant global attention. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between backend engineering and infrastructure security, implementing robust controls across a complex cloud and blockchain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Security: Build and maintain a secure CI/CD pipeline, ensuring the integration of automated security checks at every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and implement infrastructure using IaC principles, adhering strictly to security best practices and architectural standards.
- Security Automation: Automate security scanning and monitoring across cloud and blockchain infrastructure to detect and mitigate threats in real time.
- Container Security: Implement and manage advanced security controls for high-throughput containerized environments.
- Observability & Metrics: Design and maintain comprehensive security dashboards and metrics to track and report on the organization's overall security posture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development teams to remediate security findings and continuously improve code-level security standards.
- Secrets & Key Management: Design and implement sophisticated secrets management and cryptographic key management solutions.
- Configuration Baselines: Establish and enforce secure configuration baselines across the entirety of the cloud infrastructure.
Interview Process
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops Engineering roles within high-growth technology environments.
- Engineering Proficiency: Must be proficient in backend engineering with hands‑on coding skills in Golang, Rust, or C++ (or equivalent low‑level systems languages).
- Cloud & Containers: Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deep expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
. - Tooling & Automation: Proven experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation, and proficiency with CI/CD platforms like Git Hub Actions
, Jenkins, or Git Lab CI. - Security Toolkit: Familiarity with modern security scanning tools and the technical ability to integrate them seamlessly into automated workflows.
- Network Security: A thorough understanding of network security concepts and their practical implementation in distributed systems.
