Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access while documenting security-related concerns and unusual activity;
Respond to incidents, assistance requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for security-related issues, access control concerns, and conditions that may need attention;
Support visitor management and badge-related processes, provide directions and information, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation
