Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a media and technology location.;
Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-related areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.;
Monitor access points, check credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry while following post orders and location protocols.;
Document incidents, observations, and routine activities in clear reports, and support client operations by reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
