Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following posted policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and shopper activity, and help to deter unauthorized behavior, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity;
Document incidents, daily activity, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervisors and/or property management representatives
