Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or property-related issues;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence and consistent application of post instructions;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and share updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts
