Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a professional aerospace and defense location.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels and documenting observations as required.
* Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and support site protocols.
* Monitor entry points, check credentials and/or visitor access permissions, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site leadership.
* Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, providing clear communication, and assisting with security-related responses during alarms, evacuations, and other site events.

Minimum Requirements:

* Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
* An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
