Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, verify entry permissions, and support visitor and employee movement in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal standards;
Support a professional environment by assisting with routine security-related inquiries, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, policy, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
