, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Mon: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or property‑related issues.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence and consistent application of post instructions.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and share updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
