Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents and report observations to site contacts and leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and conduct visitor/contractor screening; enforce badge and access procedures.;
Complete incident reports and communicate with tenants and property management to promote order.
