Overview

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for FDNY - F04 requirements. This role focuses on customer service while ensuring safety in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position requires the ability to engage with visitors and colleagues to reassure and inspire confidence.

• Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 / Hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• New York Security License Required
• FDNY - F04 required
