• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and restricted areas, assisting with access control procedures and helping to support an orderly environment for patients, staff, and guests.
• Communicate with site personnel, public‑facing staff, and/or first responders when needed, following Allied Universal protocols and client‑directed post orders.

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
