Location: New York

Head of Institutional Sales Range is seeking a self-motivated leader to join as Head of Institutional  this high-impact role, you will build and manage relationships with leading institutions across crypto, payments, and fintech. We're looking for someone who can support the GTM strategies and institutional sales discipline.

This role requires someone who can confidently represent Range to sophisticated counter parties, including fintech, asset managers, and banks, while structuring complex, multi-product enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage high-value institutional relationships and pursue strategic opportunities selling Range's full intelligence and compliance suite.
* Own the Full Sales Cycle, including discovery, qualifying, negotiation, and closing.
* Represent Range at major global and local industry conferences
* Creating tailored solutions and sales materials for prospects.
* Stay deeply attuned to regulatory developments (MiCA, stablecoin frameworks, AML shifts) and identify new vertical opportunities
* Track competitors in risk, compliance, and blockchain analytics.
* Provide structured insight to leadership on buyer trends and objections.
* Cross-collaborate and relay market feedback to the team to inform roadmap priorities

What You Bring
* 5+ years of institutional sales experience in fintech with 2+ years in digital assets
* Experience selling into asset managers, banks, fintech, or crypto infrastructure
* Knowledge of stable coins and crypto-native financial infrastructure
* Proven track record closing 5 to 6-figure enterprise deals.
* Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously in a startup environment
* Exceptional communicator and negotiator.

Bonus
* Background in compliance, stable coins, or RWA infrastructure
* Deep network across banks, asset managers, brokers, exchanges, custodians, or infrastructure providers.
* Experience at a tier-1 web3 company
* NYC or London base strongly preferred. Open to other US east coast location for the right candidate.
