Concierge Security Officer (Part‑time)
Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in New York, NY. The role focuses on providing high‑quality customer service while ensuring safety and security at various sites including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Location:
New York, NY - Part‑time schedule – Schedule 1:
Thursday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM;
Schedule 2:
Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Competitive hourly wage of $37.00 per hour, with Daily Pay available for employees

- Welcome and verify identity of visitors; guide them within the facility
- Manage access control and conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment, report maintenance needs, and respond to incidents
- Provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams as needed
- Answer questions in person or by phone; write incident reports and communicate concerns to management
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Diploma or GED (documentation required)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer and phone proficiency
- Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
- 2–4 years supervisory experience
- 2–4 years hands‑on experience with Windows 10, MS Office, and email
- New York State Guard license required
