$18.50 / Hour

Day Time:
Tuesday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, tenant, and contractor interactions in a professional manner while following property rules and security‑related protocols.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing activity, communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed, and completing routine reports.

• A New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
