Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and report concerns to management.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the building and surrounding areas.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter unauthorized access and assist with processing of visitors.;
Complete routine reports and logs and communicate security-related information to relevant parties.
