ECLARO's client is one of the largest mutual life insurance companies and provides long-term care insurance, mutual funds and retirement-plan services across the US. Position Overview:

Join a dynamic team, contributing to innovative technology initiatives including Generative AI and digital transformation. A seasoned automation engineer with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality engineering. Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright (Type Script), Selenium (Java), Appium, Cypress, and other tools. Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Java, JavaScript, and C#. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery. Conduct performance testing and infrastructure support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolution of issues.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team leadership. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, risks, and quality metrics. Support manual testing and articulate complex requirements for test case creation.

Required Qualifications:

8 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering. Strong experience with Playwright (Type Script), Selenium (Java), and integration testing. Proven leadership and mentorship experience. Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and C#.

Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration. Strong manual testing and API testing skills. SQL/ DB validation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in life insurance, finance, or related industries. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and cloud-native tools.

Experience with Browser Stack or similar cloud services. Strong soft skills and ability to mentor within a POD structure.

Experience with low code solutions such as TOSCA and MABL Team & Culture: POD structure with 4–5 POD leaders and general testers. Emphasis on leadership, mentorship, and communication. Collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation.
