Concierge Security - Fire Safety Director

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer (Fire Life Safety Director). The position is located in New York, NY.

Schedule:

Mornings and weekends required.

Competitive hourly wage: $30.00 per hour. Uniform provided at no cost.

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• New York State Guard license required.
• FDNY F‑89 certification required.
