Here, you'll work alongside other security experts and military members to support their military operational objectives by providing them with a safe and secure operating environment. In this fast-paced, real-world environment, you'll draw on all your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep these exquisite capabilities protected.

The Work:
This position is located in Owego, NY and will support multiple customers.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Quarterly scanning of all Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for multiple programs.

-Quarterly vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.

-Updating of Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) documentation.

-Verification of new system hardening.

-Documenting/validating exceptions to STIG baselines.

In support of our customers, members of the team are responsible for providing all aspects of cybersecurity services such as, Weekly Auditing, Access Control, Continuous Monitoring (Con Mon), Authorization to Operate packages (ATO), Self-Inspections, and System Hardening and Certification.

Basic Qualifications

2 years or more of ISSO or ISSM experience or other Information Assurance discipline
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Tenable.sc, Trellix ePO, Splunk, and/or other vulnerability management compliance tools
- Experience hardening Operating Systems to DISA STIG baselines
- IAT II Level Certification (e.g., COMPTIA Security +)
- Current Secret Clearance

Desired skills

- Experience with STIGViewer, SCAP, Evaluate STIG, or other system hardening verification tools

- Experience with Tenable Nessus

- Experience with POAM documentation

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $76,500 - $134,895.
