Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while assisting staff and visitors.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or incidents according to site procedures.
