Location: New York
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a shelter location.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and document daily activities, unusual occurrences, and/or maintenance or security-related concerns.;
Support staff and residents with directions, de-escalation, and communication during routine operations and/or emergency situations.
