Job Description As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Rover in Williamsville, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading aero and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication.

Full Time Pay Rate: $19.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a aerospace and defense location.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
* Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and document security-related events according to site protocols.
* Support access control, incident reporting, and/or emergency procedures while working in environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* A guard card/license is preferred.
* CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
