3p-12 Prime shift or 12a-8:30a Overnight
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, and visitors
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
- Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience
- Alert, dependable, and professional
- Calm and confident in high-pressure situations
- Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills
- Committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.
- Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
