Position: Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Patrol Role
Location: New York

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor activity at the location and assist with enforcing site rules, visitor procedures, and resident-related protocols in a respectful and professional manner.;
Support a welcoming environment within the shelter setting by assisting with de-escalation, providing directions, and reporting maintenance, behavioral, and/or security-related issues as appropriate.
