Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or local personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location policies, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations;
Support a respectful learning environment by documenting daily activities, completing incident reports, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service needs as appropriate
