• Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees.
• Monitor security systems and technology tools for various properties, including alarms and cameras.
• Update existing site-specific Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage site-specific health and safety programs.
• Maintain access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Take on special assignments when called.
• Effectively build relationships and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Partner with intelligence and investigation teams, the global security‑operations center, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
• Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
• Operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast‑paced environment.
• Complete assigned special projects as required.
• Travel as required.

• Participation in random drug screenings.
• Completion of a physical readiness test prior to offer of employment, and ongoing maintenance of physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard.
• Pass a pre‑employment background investigation.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license.
• Possess a valid U.S. passport.
• Possess Basic Life Safety (BLS) certification.
• Possess a NYS unarmed security guard card.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State armed guard card and NYC CCW and/or LEOSA license.

• Prior ERT, military, law enforcement, or executive protection experience with physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, and secure transportation.
• Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, or related fields.
• Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries).
• Experience with access control systems software, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
• NYC CCW and/or LEOSA with NYS Armed Guard Card.
