Summary

The Branch Security Officer provides hands‑on security and back‑of‑house operations support for the store, ensuring a safe environment for clients and team members while supporting sales and service goals. This role oversees daily security controls, executes opening and closing procedures, and responds to incidents and emergencies. The officer works closely with store management and the senior security team to maintain security systems and operational standards.

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and deliver a positive client experience.
• Partner with senior security and store management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain security systems and procedures, including inspections, alarm tests, key access, and report submissions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and support back‑of‑house operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, supporting hospitality and client engagement initiatives.

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: 1 year prior experience in a security‑related or retail/security environment.
