Front Desk Concierge - Security Guard

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant individual to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge and Security Guard. This unique role combines exceptional guest service with crucial security responsibilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all our patrons and staff. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance.

As a Security Guard, you will maintain a secure perimeter and respond to any safety concerns.

• Greeting and assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and general information about the steakhouse.
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional.
• Monitoring security cameras and conducting regular patrols of the premises.
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Responding to and de-escalating any incidents or emergencies discreetly and efficiently.
• Controlling access to restricted areas.
• Maintaining clear and accurate logs of all security-related activities.
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or security is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting if required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A professional and polished appearance aligned with a fine dining establishment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
