Pay Rate: $20.05 / Hour

Sat: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Sun: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a residential location.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet residents and visitors, verify access permissions, and document guest entry and delivery activity in accordance with property protocols.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, assist with directions and general questions, and support communication between residents, visitors, property staff, and/or Allied Universal personnel.
• Observe lobby and entrance activity, monitor cameras and alarm notifications, and report unusual or suspicious activity to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional residential environment.

• A New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
