Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and provide clear communication and customer service.

Pay Rate: $22.08 / Hour

• Fri 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas at a stationary post, help to deter unauthorized access, and verify visitor credentials, appointments, and/or delivery information in accordance with location guidelines.
• Receive and direct guests, vendors, and employees in a professional manner while maintaining accurate visitor logs, access records, and other front desk documentation.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Support a professional atmosphere within a financial services location by observing entry activity, reporting security‑related concerns, and following confidentiality and information‑handling procedures.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
