Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Monitor front desk activity, greet arriving guests, manage visitor check-in and badge processes, and verify access permissions;
Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and communicate with building contacts regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, and/or access-related concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity to site leadership and/or emergency contacts;
Observe lobby and reception areas for suspicious, disruptive, and/or unauthorized activity and help deter issues through visible presence and professional interaction
