• Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with credential checks, directing foot traffic, and reporting suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by preparing incident reports, communicating with employees and visitors, and following post orders for assigned duties and/or special coverage needs.

• Have at least 2 or more years of security‑related experience.
• Possess a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
