Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a government facility;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations calmly and document details for site contacts and emergency services;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, verify approved entry, and report suspicious behavior and maintenance concerns;
Prepare clear reports and assist with directions and general questions from employees and visitors
