Location: New York
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or supervisors;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, public areas, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and staff entry as directed by site policies, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns;
Support a professional environment by giving directions, answering general questions, and communicating with the public and/or employees in a courteous manner
