Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for guests, theDoor Security plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will warmly greet guests,check identification, and assist management in maintaining a high standard of security on the premises.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival
- Check all guest identification upon arrival.
- Assist with coat check, door management, or guest list during peak hours and events
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the front door and entry area
- Uphold all health, safety, and company policies
- Previoussecurity experience required
- Must be certified as a security guard by New York State
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
