Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter of the location;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access and report unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or potential hazards;
Assist with daily operations at a commercial real estate location by completing incident reports, providing directions, and supporting tenant and visitor needs in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed
