As the Physical Security Systems Specialist, you will lead all aspects of Ripple's Global Security strategy for physical security systems. Your responsibilities include coordinating the lifecycle of access control and video surveillance infrastructure, managing projects for new builds, providing daily operational support, and handling break/fix issues. You will apply technical solutions to improve existing processes, ensuring the security program remains modern and adaptable to Ripple’s evolving risk profile.

• Act as the lead resource for technical security, sharing insights, architecting, engineering, and integrating global physical security systems.
• Build, implement, and maintain Ripple's global technical security infrastructure with reliability and resilience across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce global physical security standards and technical specifications to meet compliance.
• Manage full lifecycle of physical security projects, including roadmap, budgeting, design‑build, break‑fix, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead vendor relationships and assess performance of third‑party contractors and security integrators.
• Coordinate system administration, configuration, maintenance, software and firmware updates.
• Deploy innovative security solutions leveraging existing tool suites and cutting‑edge technologies.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure systems meet and exceed regulatory and company requirements.
• Provide expert technical support regionally for new security systems and lead project management of system changes.

• Minimum five years’ experience managing enterprise physical security systems (access control, visitor management, CCTV such as Avigilon or Alta Open).
• Intermediate‑to‑advanced IT operations knowledge, including ITSM/ITIL, PMP, or similar.
• Track record of managing people, projects, and vendors with on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Integrity and judgment to handle confidential issues professionally.
• Determination and initiative to drive continuous improvement.

For positions based in NY, the annual salary range is $116,000 – $145,000 USD.
