Student Support Partner
The Student Support Partner serves as a visible, positive presence in the school community, focused on building strong relationships with students and promoting a safe and supportive environment. This role works collaboratively with school administrators and staff to monitor school premises, assist with supervision, and respond to situations involving student safety and behavior. The position emphasizes de-escalation, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement with students, while supporting emergency response procedures and maintaining a secure school environment.
Per diem role, as scheduled $25/hour Flexible hours Daytime and evening shifts available
Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma. Thorough knowledge of public safety measures. Ability to deescalate heightened situations and employ conflict resolution management strategies. Exercises sound judgment to act and lead in emergency situations. Communicates effectively. Skilled in observing and detecting unusual occurrences or behavior. Must have valid Fingerprints through NYSED.
